Yes, if you need a license: every purchase includes your license key and a specialist who activates it with you. If you already have a key that stopped working, that is a support request; choose "Get technical support" in the form or call 855-316-2808. Keys cannot be supplied without a license purchase, and keys from third-party sites will not activate.
Can I renew a license that already expired?
Usually, yes. Send your support number or license key and we check what Seagull allows for your edition and version, then quote the renewal. Reinstating a lapsed maintenance plan may carry a catch-up charge; you'll know before you decide.
What does a maintenance renewal include?
Version upgrades for the term, plus support from our BarTender specialists. Without maintenance the license keeps working on its current version, but there are no upgrades.
Where do I find my support number or license key?
On your original order confirmation and inside BarTender's license information. Don't have either? Send us the company name the license was bought under and we track it down.
Can I move BarTender to a new computer?
Yes. The license is deactivated on the old PC and activated on the new one. A specialist does it with you on a call if you'd rather not do it alone.
